At G. A. Carmichael Family Health Center (GACFHC), we are committed to helping you manage and prevent diabetes through comprehensive education and support. We are proud to be recognized by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and accredited by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for our diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) services.
